LCMD長袋離線脈沖布袋除塵器，各除塵分室設有離線閥，每排布袋上對應一根噴吹管，噴吹清灰時在自控程序的控制下離線閥關閉，此時該除塵分室布袋均處于從內向外的靜壓狀態，脈沖閥將壓縮空氣瞬間通過噴吹管及與每排每條布袋相對應的噴吹嘴吹向布袋，將粘附在布袋上的粉塵吹落。每條布袋對應一個噴吹嘴，每排布袋對應一根噴吹管，每根噴吹管對應一個脈沖閥，噴吹徹底有力。
