廢鋼回收再利用，是一個(gè)節(jié)能降耗、變廢為寶、美化環(huán)境的政策支持性產(chǎn)業(yè)。企業(yè)生產(chǎn)邊角廢料、廠房建設(shè)彩鋼廢料、報(bào)廢汽車(chē)等鋼鐵廢料，經(jīng)過(guò)破碎分選，加熱壓塊，回爐煉鋼系列加工工藝，將廢鋼變成成品鋼。在廢鋼破碎分選過(guò)程中，會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大揚(yáng)塵，污染周?chē)�環(huán)境。金屬破碎機(jī)一般為錘式反擊破碎機(jī)，靠輪盤(pán)上合金重錘旋轉(zhuǎn)起來(lái)時(shí)強(qiáng)大的慣性沖擊力將廢鋼擊扯成碎塊。但因廢鋼一般都含有漆皮、泥土、浮銹等雜物，猛烈擊打時(shí)產(chǎn)生較大揚(yáng)塵，污染環(huán)境。

The of scrap steel from factory production waste, construction waste of color steel, and scrapped automobiles, after being crushed and sorted, heated and pressed into blocks, and then reelted in a series of processing processes, turns scrap steel into finished steel. During the process of crushing and sorting scrap steel, a large amount of dust will be, which pollutes the surrounding environment. The metal crusher is generally a hammer-type counter-rotating crusher, which relies on the strong inertial impact force of the heavy hammer rotating on the wheel disk to strike and tear the scrap steel into small pieces. However, since scrap steel usually contains paint, soil, and floating rust, large amount of dust is generated when it is struck violently, which pollutes the environment.

 廢鋼破碎除塵主要任務(wù)就是對(duì)破碎機(jī)入料口、主機(jī)倉(cāng)、出料口、分選點(diǎn)進(jìn)行抽風(fēng)除塵。廢鋼破碎除塵一般采用離線(xiàn)脈沖布袋除塵器。該除塵系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)一般注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1、卸灰阻塞  廢鋼破碎除塵所收集的除塵灰含很多短纖維狀漆皮雜物，再夾雜粉塵，粉塵下落時(shí)很容易阻塞，卸灰卸不出。針對(duì)此況，我公司開(kāi)發(fā)了專(zhuān)項(xiàng)卸灰設(shè)備，促進(jìn)了卸灰的流暢性。

2、管網(wǎng)阻塞  正因?yàn)?/span>廢鋼破碎除塵所收集的粉塵灰含短纖維狀雜物較多，再夾雜粉塵，具有很大的阻塞特性，因此管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)速應(yīng)偏高，同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)掃功能，以防止粉塵在管道內(nèi)沉降積灰而阻塞管道。同時(shí)管道壁厚考慮耐磨性.
