Secondary steelmaking dust removal -- Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection

   唐山盛世環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司于2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)前夕，獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)制造總包并順利完成了唐山不銹鋼一、二期煉鋼、唐山港陸鋼鐵等煉鋼二次除塵項(xiàng)目。

Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. independently designed, manufactured, and successfully completed the total package of the secondary dust removal project for Tangshan Stainless Steel Phase I and II steelmaking, Tangshan Port Land Steel, etc. before the 2008 Olympic Games.

   煉鋼二次除塵即轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼過程中，兌鐵水和出鋼工藝所產(chǎn)生的煙塵不在一次除塵收集范圍內(nèi)，直接外溢。吹氧造渣冶煉初期瞬間產(chǎn)生的煙塵量大大超出了一次除塵的收集能力而外溢，從而形成了二次煙塵，不設(shè)煉鋼二次除塵，煉鋼車間定不經(jīng)常紅煙翻滾，給周圍環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染。

Secondary dust removal in steelmaking refers to the smoke and dust produced during the process of converting iron water and tapping steel in the converter, which is not within the collection range of primary dust removal and overflows directly. The amount of smoke and dust produced instantly at the beginning of oxygen blowing and slag making far exceeds the collection capacity of primary dust removal, resulting in secondary smoke and dust. Without secondary dust removal in steelmaking, the steelmaking workshop will often be filled with red smoke, causing serious pollution to the surrounding environment.

   唐山盛世環(huán)保設(shè)備有限公司經(jīng)多次現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察和研究，設(shè)計(jì)了一套獨(dú)特的煉鋼二次除塵方案，并使以上項(xiàng)目順利通過奧運(yùn)會(huì)國(guó)家驗(yàn)環(huán)保驗(yàn)收。尤其是港陸鋼鐵的煉鋼二次除塵項(xiàng)目，除了3座73噸轉(zhuǎn)爐的煉鋼二次除塵之外，還包含了1座600噸混鐵爐，2座20噸LF爐除塵凈化任務(wù)，受到用戶好評(píng)。

After multiple on-site investigations and research, Tangshan Shengshi Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed a unique secondary dust removal system for steelmaking, which has enabled the above projects to pass the Olympic national environmental protection acceptance smoothly. In particular, the secondary dust removal project of steelmaking in Ganglu Steel not only includes the secondary dust removal of 3 73-ton converters, but also includes the dust removal and purification tasks of 1 600-ton mixed iron furnace and 2 20-ton LF furnaces, which has been well received by users.
