（1）礦山開采。所有采石場必須由經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)爆破公司實(shí)施爆破作業(yè)。爆破打眼工藝采用液壓潛孔鉆機(jī)作業(yè)（鉆機(jī)帶收塵裝置），有效解決人工風(fēng)鎬鉆孔產(chǎn)生粉塵污染問題；爆破作業(yè)采用深孔微差爆破方法，礦山爆破采用松動(dòng)爆破方式。爆堆及采裝作業(yè)采取噴淋灑水等抑塵措施。

(1) Mining. All quarries must be operated by approved professional blasting companies. The drilling process for uses hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rigs (drilling rigs with dust collection devices), effectively solving the problem of dust pollution caused by manual pneumatic drilling; the blasting operation the deep hole micro-differential blasting method, and the mine blasting adopts the loosening blasting method. Spraying and watering measures are taken for the blast pile and the and loading operation to suppress dust.   

  （2）廢料堆場。廢料堆場鋪設(shè)噴淋管路，堆存及卸料作業(yè)采取噴淋抑塵措施，并及時(shí)覆土綠化。

(2) Waste pile. The waste pile is laid with spraying pipelines, and the stacking and unloading operations take spraying dust suppression and are covered with soil and greened in time. 

  （3）受料倉。一級破碎受料倉要建三面圍擋和帶頂?shù)牧吓铮�料棚進(jìn)深尺度不小于8米。受料倉設(shè)置除塵器或噴淋抑塵裝置有效防止卸料揚(yáng)塵外溢。受料倉圍擋發(fā)生破損時(shí)，必須及時(shí)維護(hù)完善。

(3) Feed bin. The primary crushing feed bin should be built with three-sided barriers and a top-covered, and the shed should have a depth of not less than 8 meters. The feed bin is equipped with a dust collector or a spraying dust suppression device to effectively the dust from the unloading from overflowing. When the barriers of the feed bin are damaged, they must be maintained and perfected in time. 

  （4）破碎及篩分。一級破碎、二級破碎及篩分設(shè)備必須全部建設(shè)封閉式廠房（鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)），并配套建設(shè)除塵設(shè)施，除塵器排氣筒高度不低于15米并高于周邊最高建筑物3米以上，破碎及篩分設(shè)備廠房必須實(shí)現(xiàn)全封閉，徹底解決破碎、篩分粉塵無組織排放問題、廠房發(fā)生破損時(shí)必須及時(shí)維護(hù)完善。

(4) Crushing and. The primary crushing, secondary crushing, and screening equipment must all be built in a closed factory building (reinforced concrete structure) and equipped with dust removal facilities The height of the dust collector's exhaust stack should not be less than 15 meters and should be more than 3 meters higher than the tallest building in the. The factory building for the crushing and screening equipment must be fully enclosed to thoroughly solve the problem of unorganized emission of dust from crushing and screening. When the building is damaged, it must be maintained and perfected in time. 

  （5）石料輸送轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。從一級破碎出料口至二級破碎、篩分、成品庫的物料輸送以及二級破碎、篩分工藝的返礦輸送，必須全部建設(shè)滿足日常檢修、清掃落料要求的全封閉皮帶通廊，皮帶通廊落料轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)端設(shè)置收塵器。皮帶最終下料端設(shè)置固定噴淋設(shè)施，有效防止皮帶落料揚(yáng)塵污染。物料轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)必須實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉。

(5) Stone material conveying and transfer. From the primary crushing discharge port to the secondary crushing,, and finished product warehouse, the material conveying and the return ore conveying of the secondary crushing and screening process must all be built with fully enclosed belt corridors that meet the inspection and cleaning requirements, and dust collectors are set at the material discharge and transfer end of the belt corridor. Fixed spraying facilities are set at the final discharge end of belt to effectively prevent the dust pollution caused by the belt discharge. The material transfer system must be enclosed. 

  （6）成品庫房。禁止任何成品、半成品物料露天堆存。各類成品、半成品物料（包括各類粒徑的石渣及石粉），必須通過全封閉輸送帶直接輸送入全封閉成品、半成品庫房，成品、半成品物料裝卸必須在封閉庫房內(nèi)作業(yè)，嚴(yán)禁裝卸機(jī)露天裝卸作業(yè)，有效解決物料堆存、裝卸揚(yáng)塵污染等問題。

 (6) Finished product warehouse. It is forbidden to store finished or semi-finished materials outdoors. All kinds of finished and semi-finished materials (including all kinds of particle sizes of stone chips and stone powder) must be conveyed into fully enclosed finished and semi-finished product warehouses through fully enclosed conveyor belts, and the loading and unloading of finished and semi-finished materials must be carried in enclosed warehouses. It is strictly forbidden to carry out loading and unloading operations of loading and unloading machines outdoors, effectively solving the problems of dust pollution caused by stacking and loading and unloading. 

  （7）噴淋供水設(shè)施。一級破碎入料口、產(chǎn)品皮帶下料終端、廢料堆場等建設(shè)的噴淋設(shè)施，要配置供水水井，安裝計(jì)量設(shè)施，供水管路采取保溫措施確保冬季正常使用。

(7) Spraying water supply facilities. The spraying facilities built at the primary crushing feed port, the product belt discharge terminal and the waste pile should be equipped with water supply wells and installed with metering facilities. The water supply pipelines should take insulation measures to ensure normal use in winter.

  （8）除塵設(shè)施。除塵設(shè)施必須采用高效脈沖布袋除塵器等先進(jìn)除塵方式，聘請有環(huán)境治理設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)的
