   廢鋼回收再利用，是一個節能降耗、變廢為寶、美化環境的政策支持性產業。企業生產邊角廢料、廠房建設彩鋼廢料、報廢汽車等鋼鐵廢料，經過破碎分選，加熱壓塊，回爐煉鋼系列加工工藝，將廢鋼變成成品鋼。在廢鋼破碎分選過程中，會產生較大揚塵，污染周圍環境。金屬破碎機一般為錘式反擊破碎機，靠輪盤上合金重錘旋轉起來時強大的慣性沖擊力將廢鋼擊扯成碎塊。但因廢鋼一般都含有漆皮、泥土、浮銹等雜物，猛烈擊打時產生較大揚塵，污染環境。

   廢鋼破碎除塵主要任務就是對破碎機入料口、主機倉、出料口、分選點進行抽風除塵。廢鋼破碎除塵一般采用離線脈沖布袋除塵器。該除塵系統設計時一般注意以下幾點：

 

   1、卸灰阻塞
廢鋼破碎除塵所收集的除塵灰含很多短纖維狀漆皮雜物，再夾雜粉塵，粉塵下落時很容易阻塞，卸灰卸不出。針對此況，我公司開發了專項卸灰設備，促進了卸灰的流暢性。

正因為廢鋼破碎除塵所收集的粉塵灰含短纖維狀雜物較多，再夾雜粉塵，具有很大的阻塞特性，因此管網設計時，設計風速應偏高，同時設計風掃功能，以防止粉塵在管道內沉降積灰而阻塞管道。同時管道壁厚考慮耐磨性。

2、Pipeline blockage
